Vesta Software Group Acquires Datalogic Software

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – November 2, 2022 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), a subsidiary of Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Datalogic Software, a well-known provider of resource planning, human resources and payroll software solutions in Latin America.

This will be Vesta’s fourth acquisition in Uruguay alone. Datalogic was founded in 1987 and is dedicated to the provision of computer services in the areas of software development and technological outsourcing. Since its founding, Datalogic has focused on developing its ERP, Workforce Management and Payroll solutions for its SME and Enterprise clients throughout Latin America.
