The acquisition of Site Service Software by CORA marks an exciting new chapter for our entire organization. With Site Service Software and Total Service now operating as sister companies within the same vertical, we are uniquely positioned to transform the elevator and field-service technology landscape. Under Doug’s leadership as President of the Vertical, and in my role overseeing R&D across both companies, we are aligning our teams to build a unified, tech-first future.

Together, we are focused on innovating every aspect of the field-service experience—streamlining workflows, accelerating response times, and delivering solutions that make our customers more efficient and more profitable. Several major initiatives are already underway, and we are moving quickly to bring forward advancements that will help us retain market leadership and set a new standard for the industry.

This is just the beginning, and we’re energized by the momentum ahead.

A long-term Total Service employee also reflected on the impact of the acquisition:

As a long-term employee of Total Service, I am thrilled about the acquisition of Site Service Software. In just a short time, we have leaped into the future with AI technologies and innovations that make me excited to come to work every day. We are able to combine our individual strengths to create a strong, unified team—one that I am proud to be a member of.

As part of Constellation, Site Service Software, Inc. will continue to operate as an independent business, maintaining its current products, services, and customer relationships, while benefiting from the operational expertise and financial strength of CORA Group.
