Jonas Software ANZ Acquires MedAdvisor Solutions' ANZ Business

Markham, ON, Canada & Melbourne, Australia – July 28, 2025 – Jonas Software ANZ “Jonas” is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of MedAdvisor Solutions’ Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) operations. The transaction includes the market-leading MedAdvisor for Pharmacy platform -used by over 95% of Australian pharmacies – and the MedAdvisor Patient App, which supports more than 2 million users.

The ANZ business will continue to operate independently, led by current CEO Wayne Marinoff and the existing leadership team. The MedAdvisor team will remain focused on delivering innovative, pharmacist-led care solutions for pharmacy groups, pharmaceutical companies, and public health partners across the region, supporting the delivery of enhanced patient outcomes for the delivery and management of medications.
