Warminster, PA., October 24, 2024 – CORA Group (“CORA”), a leader in strategic acquisitions of software companies, announced today that it has acquired Volanté Systems (“Volanté”), a cloud-based software provider for the food service industry. This acquisition will strengthen CORA’s portfolio of innovative SaaS solutions, enhancing its offerings for clients in the food service sector.

By partnering with CORA, we are excited to take Volanté to the next level, providing our clients with even more robust and scalable solutions.” Sunil added, “CORA’s proven track record in scaling software companies make them the ideal partner for us. This acquisition will enable Volante to expand its reach, innovate faster, and continue delivering best-in-class software to our clients.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Volanté Systems into the CORA Group family,” said Matt Otchet, CEO of CORA Group. “Volanté’s industry expertise and innovative software align perfectly with our mission to grow and strengthen our technology offerings in the food service sector. Brad Weekes, Managing Director at SEG, commented, “It was a privilege to guide Volanté Systems through this process. Our extensive experience in healthcare SaaS and mission-critical, enterprise-grade business management systems enabled us to identify CORA as the ideal partner for Volanté’s next growth phase.
