Mexico City, Mexico, November, 5, 2025 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), part of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), announces the acquisition of APESA Software (“APESA”), a company with over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions for the registration, control, and management of transactions in financial markets.
With this addition, Vesta reaches its eleventh acquisition in Latin America and welcomes APESA as its first Mexican company. This makes it the third Vesta group company operating in Mexico, alongside Geocom and Qwantec, further consolidating the country as a key strategic market for the region.
APESA has developed a portfolio of specialized solutions that includes IKOS NET, a platform for the registration, management, and control of operations in financial markets; IKOS CASH, a system for cash flow management; and a tool enabling connections to Banco de Mexico´s interbank payment system. These tools automate critical financial processes, providing security and regulatory compliance so that institutions can focus on growing their business.
Richard Clancy, CEO of Vesta Software Group, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome APESA to the Vesta family. Their commitment to delivering secure and innovative financial technology aligns perfectly with our vision for growth in Latin America. This acquisition marks a significant step in strengthening our presence in Mexico and reinforces our dedication to supporting institutions with robust, compliant solutions.”
From APESA, they stated: “The incorporation of APESA into the Vesta family will enable the implementation of best practices in software development and open the door to faster technological innovation processes, which will undoubtedly promote and ensure the continuity and success of APESA.”
