Vesta Announces Acquisition of MachineMax

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, September 20, 2024 – Vesta Software Group Limited (“Vesta”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of MachineMax Ltd (“MachineMax”). MachineMax is a leading provider of operational efficiency software for the mining and construction industry serving over 100 clients; its solutions monitor & track over US$1 billion worth of assets in more than 30 countries.
