Vesta Software Group Acquires Mine Tech Services ('MTS')

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, December 1st, 2025 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mine Tech Services Ltd. (“MTS”).

MTS is a global provider of digital software solutions for the mining industry, specialising in haul road optimisation, fleet monitoring, and asset health solutions. The company is headquartered in Lancaster, United Kingdom, and supports key mining operations worldwide.
