(Fidelity), a prominent provider of Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) and retail management solutions to the hospitality and retail sectors across the United Kingdom.
With this acquisition, Fidelity becomes the latest company to join Vesta’s growing portfolio of vertical market software leaders. Fidelity will continue to operate as an independent brand, maintaining its focus on providing powerful, flexible and service-led EPOS solutions that help businesses enhance profitability and improve the customer experience.
