Wallingford, Oxfordshire, August 11th, 2025 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Arenim Technologies Kft. (“ArenimTel”), a leading digital solutions provider.

ArenimTel specializes in providing state-of-the-art Cloud-based Call Center & PBX (CCaaS) solutions to businesses. Their product suite is equipped with a comprehensive call center feature set, offering more than 100 features including AI functions, call centre automation with integration for complex workflows.
