Buenos Aires, Argentina, September 15th 2026 – Vesta Software Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Zoo Logic, an Argentine provider of ERP and point-of-sale (POS) software for the apparel sector and other retail markets.
Founded in 1993, Zoo Logic provides integrated solutions that help businesses manage sales, inventory, customer relationships, invoicing and integrations through a single platform. The company has completed more than 22,000 installations, serves over 5,500 businesses in Argentina and employs more than 180 professionals.
Zoo Logic’s portfolio includes Dragonfish, a management platform for retailers with solutions tailored to apparel businesses and other sectors; Pantera Comercios; Lince Indumentaria; and an integration between SAP Business One and Dragonfish, combining ERP capabilities with point-of-sale operations.
The acquisition represents Vesta’s thirteenth investment in Latin America and its first acquisition of a company headquartered in Argentina. Zoo Logic becomes the second company in Vesta’s portfolio with operations in Argentina, alongside Nodum, further reinforcing the country’s strategic importance to Vesta’s regional growth plans.
“Zoo Logic brings together three qualities that we value greatly: a strong position in a vertical market, technology that is critical to customers’ day-to-day operations, and a team with deep knowledge of its business,” said Jerónimo Álvarez, Portfolio Director, Vesta Software Group LATAM.
“We are very pleased to complete our first acquisition of a company headquartered in Argentina. This milestone follows the acquisition of Nodum earlier this year—a company headquartered in Uruguay with operations in Argentina—and reaffirms our conviction in the country’s potential. Argentina is a highly attractive market with exceptional software talent, and we see opportunities to make further acquisitions in the coming months as we continue to expand our investment in the region.
“Our strategy is to acquire and hold businesses forever: to support companies permanently with a long-term perspective. At Zoo Logic, we are committed to preserving the identity and culture that Diego and Fernando have built over more than three decades, while continuing to invest in the team and the business.”
Zoo Logic will continue to operate with its existing identity, team and operational autonomy. With Vesta’s long-term support, the company will continue to focus on innovation, operational efficiency and customer proximity, while expanding the reach of its technology across Latin America.
“After more than three decades, stepping away from Zoo Logic is not a minor decision,” said Fernando Frenkel, Co-founder of Zoo Logic. “We do so convinced that the company is now facing the greatest opportunity in its history in innovation, product development and regional expansion. Vesta’s global experience and permanent ownership model will give the team new tools to seize that opportunity without losing the essence of the company.
“We leave behind a team that knows this business better than anyone and is ready for the next stage. We are proud of what has been built and confident in the future ahead: our customers, our team and the company will all benefit as Zoo Logic grows beyond its founders.”
“After 33 years building Zoo Logic, this transaction marks the close of the most important chapter of our professional lives and the beginning of a new one for the company,” said Diego Frenkel, Co-founder of Zoo Logic. “We found in Vesta a partner that shares our way of thinking about the business and values the team, culture and customer proximity that have defined Zoo Logic since its beginning.
“We leave the company grateful to our team and customers, and confident that this legacy is in good hands.”
With the support of Vesta Software Group, Zoo Logic will pursue its international growth ambitions while continuing to help businesses improve decision-making, automate administrative tasks, reduce operational errors and connect their physical and digital channels.
