This will be Vesta’s first acquisition in Chile & Peru and the fifth in LATAM. Qwantec was founded over 14 years ago and is dedicated to the provision of hardware and software in the areas of employee attendance and workforce management. Since its founding, Qwantec has focused on developing its solutions for its SME and Enterprise clients throughout Chile and Peru. The company has over 8,000 clients in the region.
