Newline is the leading supplier of auction software to the livestock market industry in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and North America.  The auction management software is used in virtually every type of auction; saleroom, auction house, plant & machinery, and commercial auctions.  “This acquisition provides the start of an exciting new vertical for us,” said Darrell Boxall, Portfolio Manager. “While retaining the independence and family feel of this well-renowned business, we feel the depth of sector knowledge within Newline supported by Jonas’ long-term vision and best practices makes for a winning formula.”
