Jonas Software has grown at an astronomical rate in Latin America since our first two acquisitions in late 2021. Since then, Vesta Software Group, a Jonas portfolio, has acquired another four mission-critical vertical market software companies and have been quickly building its presence in Uruguay, Chile, and Peru.

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired GSoft, a company focused on electronic invoicing, payment solutions and point of sale systems for retail and restaurants. 

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired Uruware, is a market leader in Uruguay for electronic invoicing software. 

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired Qwantec, a market leading Chilean and Peruvian software provider of time & attendance control services and tools in the region. 

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired Datalogic, a well-known provider of resource planning, human resources and payroll software solutions in Latin America.

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired GeneXus Consulting. GeneXus was founded in 1992 with the purpose of assisting organizations to achieve their business objectives through the proper use and implementation of GeneXus technology.

Jonas Software’s subsidiary, Vesta Software Group, acquired K2B. K2B offers Government & Private Sector ERP solutions, allowing every organization and industry to automate the administrative, accounting, budgeting and financial management of the organization.
