Vesta Software Group Acquires GSoft

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, August 1st, 2023 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), a subsidiary of Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of GSoft, this will be Vesta’s sixth acquisition in Uruguay. GSoft was founded in 1999 and is focused on electronic invoicing, payment solutions and point of sale systems for retail and restaurants.
