Vesta Software Group Acquires Uruware

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – July 6th, 2023 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), a subsidiary of Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Uruware, this will be Vesta’s fifth acquisition in Uruguay. Uruware was founded in 2007 and is one of the market leaders in Uruguay for electronic invoicing software.
