Jonas Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU), has announced the acquisition of Youbill Inc. (dba Member Solutions). The Member Solutions acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the Fitness market and more specifically the Marital Arts segment.
