Vesta Software Group Acquires Fisikal Ltd.

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, April 20th 2026 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Fisikal Ltd. (“Fisikal”).

Fisikal is a UK-based software-as-a-service membership and personal training booking platform. It helps the fitness and leisure industry optimize business operations through personal training and group training bookings, data and analytics, and full business management services.
