Toronto, Canada, February 18, 2010 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. (“Jonas”) has completed the acquisition of Centaman Holdings Pty Ltd. (“Centaman”) of Sydney, Australia. The acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the leisure market and represents its’ entry into the Attractions market.
