Vesta Software Group Acquires Hellenic Systems Ltd

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – June 30, 2023 – Vesta Software Group Limited (“Vesta”) a subsidiary of Jonas Software, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hellenic Systems Ltd (“Hellenic”). Hellenic is a leading provider of factory MES software systems for the food processing industry and has been operating since 1988.
