Vesta Software Group acquires Nodum Argentina

Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2nd March 2026 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), a subsidiary of Jonas Software and part of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Nodum Argentina, a leading provider of innovative enterprise software solutions across Latin America.

With this acquisition, Nodum Argentina will be formally integrated with Nodum Uruguay – acquired by Vesta in 2023 – further strengthening the organisation’s regional presence and long‑term commitment to customers throughout Latin America and beyond. This marks Vesta’s first strategic entry into the Argentine market and represents another significant milestone in the group’s continued investment in the region.

For more than 30 years, Nodum Argentina has successfully implemented Nodum solutions for organisations across Argentina and the wider region. Its deep local expertise and longstanding customer relationships strongly complement the capabilities of the Nodum Uruguay team. By aligning their commercial, technical and operational strengths, the combined organisation – operating as Nodum Global – will accelerate expansion while further enhancing the breadth, innovation and quality of its solutions and services.
