Job Description :

As a fast paced, high growth SaaS company, our training needs are continually evolving at the same pace that we are rapidly adding features and functionality to our products. We are seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to organize and present training webinars for our clients, with the end goal of taking end-to-end ownership of the Client Success Training Program. The successful candidate will plan and deliver instructional webinars, assist with the development of eLearning content, and conduct live, online, and occasionally onsite client training sessions where you will be viewed as an expert on the MyMediabox suite of products.

To thrive in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable educating stakeholders of all levels on best practices regarding standalone Mediabox products and the synergy between systems when integrated together. When you aren’t leading client training sessions on new functionality and how to get the most out of Mediabox, you will be creating and updating content for our self-help tools.

What you’ll do (in order of priority):

  • Develop and maintain competency on all Mediabox software products, including new features and updates as they become available
  • Plan and deliver live and virtual training sessions.
  • Create reports and surveys to capture feedback on training sessions and utilize to drive process and future program and performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Mediabox online user guides for all systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date as new functionality is introduced

  • Interpersonal savvy, approachability, strong listening skills and excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond in a controlled manner when confronted with unexpected questions

  • Desire to actively participate in a collaborative learning culture and ability to learn quickly
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional role is required
  • 2+ years of training and/or teaching experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with meeting and webinar tools (i.e. GotoMeeting/Webinar) and presentation tools (i.e. Powerpoint, Prezi) a plus.
