Job Description :

An excellent opportunity has been created for an individual to join us at this time of growth.  Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, we are looking for a Sales Representative to focus on generating sales for new attractions within our industries.
The Sales Representative will focus in the North American markets and be responsible for:

  • Generating leads from inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Product demonstrations
  • Marketing, brand promotion and lead generation
  • RFP/RFI submissions
  • Generaling sales proposals and executing signed contracts
The core responsibilities of the position are: (but not limited to)
  • Responsible for all sales and marketing activity within designated markets
  • Achieve and exceed all corporate bookings, revenue and margin targets by managing processes and performance while delivering against personal targets
  • Independently develop sales opportunities within the attractions sector and other territories as required
  • Responsible for all sales and marketing reporting to be completed in timely, efficient and accurate manner to provide visibility on agreed key performance indicators
  • Lead the account planning and strategic development for targeted key accounts
  • Create and manage annual marketing plan and deliver on time and on budget
  • Negotiate profitable agreements with clients and partners to maximise long term revenue
  • Travel will be required and therefore applicants must possess a full driving license and be prepared to stay away from home approximately 25%.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience selling complex software in a B2B environment.
  • Ideally experience within the attractions sector – zoos, museums, waterparks, tourism.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience within a software company and knowledge of the attractions industry would be advantageous.
  • Impeccable communication, organizational, motivating and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and personal integrity and a genuine interest in raising performance standards
  • Willingness to apply extra effort from time to time to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Flexibility with travel.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
