Here at Granbury we pride ourselves in creating Raving Fans. Customer Relations Sales is responsible for creating that raving fan by being a consultant to our customers. By working with our customers you will be an advocate for their needs, ensure that they have the equipment, software and training to utilize our products. Also will be responsible for working with the customer on how to the grow their business through our strategic product set.

Job Description :

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships by building rapport with each Customer on a regular basis
  • Effectively communicate how GS’s suite of products can enhance the customer’s operations, and secure the customer’s business
  • Provide customers with the knowledge to correctly and effectively use POS technology and available business tools
  • Support customers by facilitating resolutions

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of sales industry experience; experience direct to consumer a plus
  • Customer-facing experience in sales, customer service, or professional services

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in person, via phone and email; ability to present ideas in small and large forums
  • An ability to keep a strong line of communication with Customers in your Region
  • A flexible self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to perform in a very dynamic environment with a high degree of initiative and motivation
  • Comfortable with technology and discussing solutions to customers
  • Attention to detail and focused on quality
