Job Description :

Reporting to the Director of Operations the Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the business in the website launch process & creative development of our websites.



  • Work closely with our graphic and development team to create graphics and designs for new websites.
  • Organize new accounts to ensure all new customers are corresponded with and launched quickly and efficiently.
  • Process new materials from customers and implement them into new websites.
  • Resolving complex service issues or referring to appropriate associate to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Correspond with clients and customers via telephone and email in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
  • Data entry of Client’s data into our system.
  • Assist with the daily office administration, including reception desk, sending newsletters and special promotions.


  • Ability to compose professional emails and communicate in a professional manner with clients, co-workers and customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Marketing creative background preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with the major social media platforms
  • Ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of existing systems and procedures
  • Experience with data entry or similar tasks
  • Customer-service oriented personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team to ensure goals are met and work is completed
  • Must pass the Google AdWords Exam within 3 months of employment
