The US Enterprise Sales Manager reports into the Regional General Manager (GM) and the Global VP – Sales as part of a matrix organization. The US Enterprise Sales Manager will serve as a key member of the global sales team for Shortcuts and will be responsible for the successful day to day operations of sales and account management for Shortcuts’ Enterprise customers and prospects within the region. They will work closely with the global VP - Sales and US GM to drive regional sales growth and excellence in customer satisfaction, and meet agreed regional Enterprise sales targets that are aligned with corporate goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • The role is a combination of team management and single contributor, as the team management components are not a full-time role
  • Lead the account planning and strategic development for targeted accounts while fostering relationships with prospective clients
  • Prepare, respond to and manage client proposals
  • Formally answer Requests for Proposals when applicable, and develop and deliver client presentations for an end-to-end, fully integrated, Enterprise Shortcuts solution
  • Be an advocate for Shortcuts within the customer’s organisation, as well as be an advocate for the customer within Shortcuts
  • Ensure adhereance to standard sales processes and reporting across the team
  • Establish a robust Enterprise engagement model that can be used and replicated across the globe, that begins with the establishment of relationships early in the sales cycle, through to on-going engagement in the customer’s through life use of Shortcuts software and services

Skills Required:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
  • Budgeting and P&L management experience is seen as a positive
  • At least ten years’ experience in a related field and/or position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, common sense approach and good commercial and analytical skills
  • Moderate to high hair and spa industry knowledge
  • Good knowledge of the Shortcuts product portfolio
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
