Job Description :

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Sales Manager. The Sales Representative will be a high-performing individual who focuses on reaching our growth and revenue goals. The Sales representative will be responsible for nurturing the life-cycle of a client from demo to close and beyond.  
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Contributes to the Company initiative by hitting sales goals consistently
  • Diligent in maintaining CRM data and records
  • Excellent written, verbal and online presentation skills 
  • Actively research and develop lists of potential customers.
  • Monitor overall client experience
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
  • Attend industry events to generate leads, produce sales and promote the software
  • Maintain broad and in depth knowledge of the product, product features, and pricing plans
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is an asset
  • Experience in software sales preferred
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Proven self-starter and highly self-motivated leader capable of working independently
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fellow team members
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
  • Experience in cold-calling/emailing a plus
