Job Description :

We are searching for a highly motivated, confident Sales Representative with perseverance and a drive for results. This individual will drive new business development through marketing, existing business referrals and additional sales initiatives, as well as becoming an integral component in lead generation and the overall sales cycle. This position is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to continue a successful sales career in a Business to Business sales environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Some Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify new prospects and qualify/disqualify their fitness for the Vision POS solution
  • Promotion of Vision products/services to increase market share and profitability
  • Be capable of demonstrating all solutions remotely to prospects
  • Seek out new business opportunities, and exceed customer expectations
  • Be a vocal brand Ambassador for Vision at events and meetings throughout the country
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand lead generation and marketing
  • Meet all target sales levels
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs, industry trends and competition
  • Learn and stay current on the operation of all Vision products/services and technologies
  • Using existing tools, maintain and execute a clear sales plan, outlining sales activity on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis which can be easily communicated to Management.
  • Some travel required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful, you must possess the skills necessary to carry out creative marketing plans and achieve aggressive sales goals while adhering to all ICS programs and policies. You must be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly on-the-job.

  • A degree or technical diploma in business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in outside sales
  • Proven ability to convert sales from leads for both new prospects and existing customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal savvy complimented by the ability to listen
  • Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions, treating each prospect as an individual
  • Competency and comfort in presenting analysis around new strategies to increase market penetration
  • Ability to think creatively in identifying new sources of opportunity
