Job Description :

Due to the expansion of our product line we are looking for a new Sales and Marketing Manager for our SaaS-based products. This new product will leverage our 25 years of experience and market presence yet offer an innovative and modern feature set to our clients.

This position is a hunting position – working with our lead generators and industry marketing efforts, your ability to generate new business sales is paramount to your success in this role.
Reporting to the President and as a key strategic member of the team, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of marketing and selling our suite of software and services.

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services for the North American Division, the core responsibilities of the position are:

  • Responsible for all sales and marketing activity for the SaaS based products
  • Achieve and exceed all corporate bookings, revenue and margin targets by managing processes and performance while delivering against personal targets
  • Independently develop sales opportunities within the attractions sector and other territories as required
  • Responsible for all sales and marketing reporting to be completed in timely, efficient and accurate manner to provide visibility on agreed key performance indicators
  • Lead the account planning and strategic development for targeted key accounts
  • Create and manage annual marketing plan and deliver on time and on budget
  • Negotiate profitable agreements with clients and partners to maximize long term revenue
  • Travel will be required and therefore applicants must possess a full driving license and be prepared to stay away from home
  • Have a technical understanding and possess a minimum of 3 and preferably 5 years selling SaaS based software solutions ideally gained within a vertical software solutions market.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Previous experience in the Attractions or Leisure industries is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.

  • This is a full-time position with base salary and commissions.
  • Based in our downtown Chicago office with standard office hours.
  • Travel will be required but expected that most sales will be closed remotely.
  • Overall compensation package commensurate with experience.
