Job Description :

This position will be a dual role of customer service and sales. Responsible for overseeing a 
maximum of four customer service representatives and ensuring eFit Financial delivers the highest 
level of customer service possible. In addition, respond to sales leads on a sales force platform 
and manage the process from demo to contract execution. Works closely with the Operations and 
implementation departments ensuring all incoming clients have a smooth transition to eFit Financial 
software and billing services.

Completes quality control monitoring to ensure incoming clients are adequately trained on eFit 
Financial services and the Club Advantage software.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train clients on the eFit Financial Software when needed.
  • Use critical thinking skills to find issues and resolve problems for clients and members.
  • Ensure that the customer service group is staffed to sufficiently support the client and Customer call volume and performance objectives are met. This includes proper scheduling.
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations. This includes upselling current clients on eFit 
  • financial products and services.
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling demonstrations, making initial presentation, focusing on the Client needs, and following up in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining product and service 
  • capabilities, and overcoming objections.
  • Assist in tackling all daily/ weekly/ monthly call center numbers.
  • Handle escalated Member/Client calls as needed.
  • Handle retention calls
  • Be able to perform the following back-up duties:
    • Call Center Representative
    • Process Club name changes
    • Manage club cancellations and owner changes.
    • Prepare data files to send to clients during the cancellation process.
    • Manage add-on services from customers such as: bankruptcies; cancellation services; and relocations.
  • Delegate tasks to CSR’s to keep call center running smoothly.
  • Assist with annual performance reviews and disciplinary action as required by company policy.
  • Ensure all daily processes are complete in a timely manner.
  • Communicates with the implementation coordinator ensuring all incoming clients have a smooth transition to eFit Financial software and billing services.
  • High School diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Superior oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors’ or Associates’ Degree or the equivalent in a combination of completed college courses and/or experience in a business leadership role.
  • 1-4 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • 1-4 years of Sales experience
