Job Description :

The Ads Specialist is responsible for solving incoming ads tickets, fielding ads calls and communicating with customers on updates, changes & advertising issues. This role also assists in work overflow and internal 97 Display advertising support while contributing to department projects with help from the Advertising director.


  • Oversee Zendesk and gathering/delegating/completion of all tickets in a timely manner (12 business hours).
  • Oversee delegation of tickets to interns, development team and graphic designer- ensures completion.
  • Create and manage Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee phone lines and returning correspondence.
  • Continuous research on best practices to create B2B sales opportunities.
  • Finds creative solutions for client desires/needs
  • Troubleshoot client issues and resolves in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree (related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement), Marketing background preferred.
  • 1 Year of Facebook Advertising and/or Google AdWords experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, such as marketing automation, SEO, Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage various projects with strong attention to detail
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with clients and co-workers
  • Self-motivated - Able to independently solve problems, set and monitor personal performance goals, and work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while operating under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with very strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Customer focused – Acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining relations, gaining trust and respect through proactive efforts
