Job Description :

POSITION:  
Reporting to the Director of Operations the Account Executive is responsible for supporting the business in the execution of client and customer correspondence and training, digital ad campaign creation and various search engine optimization tactics. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Developing online marketing strategies for clients including social media campaigns, digital advertising campaigns & SEO
  • Processing account transactions accurately and efficiently to build customer confidence and trust, based on established policies and procedures
  • Process all types of inbound customer correspondence, including critical and time-sensitive items
  • Resolving complex service issues or referring to appropriate associate to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention
  • Correspond with clients and customers via telephone and email in a professional, respectful and courteous manner
  • Data entry of Client’s data into our system
  • Assist with the daily office administration, including reception desk, sending newsletters and special promotions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to compose professional emails and communicate in a professional manner with clients, co-workers and customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Marketing background preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with the major social media platforms
  • Ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of existing systems and procedures
  • Experience with data entry or similar tasks
  • Customer-service oriented personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team to ensure goals are met and work is completed
  • Must pass the Google AdWords Exam within 3 months of employment
